Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

  Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Radish Salad Recipe

 



In our home Manang V prepare radish salad with our meals it is easy to make I will share you her recipe of course you can add other ingredients to the salad on your own.

Everyone loves to add a secret touch in what food they learn to make by other people to them it become their own recipe.

Radish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs - Radish (peel and slice thinly)
  • 1/2 Onion - Slice thinly
  • 3 Tbsp. - Vinegar
  • 2 - Ripe tomatoes
  • Black Pepper for season to your taste
  • 1/2 Tsp. - Salt
Preparing:
  1. Add all ingredients together in a serving bowl can be place in a Tupperware to put in the refrigerator for three days.
Best to eat with fried fish and meat of your choice.
