I had renewed my phone contact through Globe Cellular in the Philippines. I was told by the sales representative that there were some freebies along with my new phone.
I had asked the sales representative if he/she could give me the link in order for me to receive the promotion before the expiration date.
The sales representative had informed me to go to https://www.samsung.com/ph/ and register if I didn't have one yet.
I already had a Samsung Account. I just logged in by giving my email and password.
I had a difficult time finding where to go next and took hours to figure it out.
I will give you the shortcut in order for you not to get frustrated to the point you don't care of the freebies.
Nah I am just kidding it is a big deal to receive something free that is useful for your phone.

Click the promo you will register yourself by giving the same information on your Globe Sales Invoice given to you when you've received your phone.
Make sure you take a picture of it you will need to attach it with the registration.
Take a picture of your two identification card that you have used to receive your phone through Globe carrier that had delivered the unit to your home.
The IMEI is in back of the box of your phone where you will type it out during the process.
You will receive an email when the items will be delivered to your home. Make sure you print a copy with Reference number given.
A sales representative will call you the next day if there is a problem with the documents given in my case the product receipt wasn't under my name. I am under my mom's name. My email didn't match up with my records.
On the phone I had explained my reason that I am the daughter of my mom and my mom doesn't know how to use a computer one reason it was under my name.
I was worried that they might deny it and receive another email. I ended up emailing the redemptionph@partner.samsung.com to make sure they understand my explanation.
Great news you can check your status when logging into Samsung Philippines to let you know for my case it is on pending. Cool cannot wait to receive my stuff for my phone.
