The new way to process during our pandemic is to access it online at the website of Globe Login by entering your Login in Name and Password by choosing Gmail, Facebook, Yahoo and Apple.
The site will direct you to Globe One on the right hand side click Shop to do your renewal on your account choose whether you want to have a THE PLAN renewed by sim card only or phone.
Anyone can do it on your own just need the patience to conquer to succeed what you want to make new changes in your life.
If your someone who has a parent just my mom who prefer Carmina to do it for her with no knowledge how to use a computer. Your parents will always rely upon you to do it for them.
Decide what type of plan you want to go base on what you can afford to pay every month something you need to figure out.
For example you want to get a new phone you will click renewal with phone. Choose the phone you want to purchase with the plan you will get under your new contract.
My mom wanted to down grade her plan since she doesn't use everything from YouTube and videos that they provide services.
Each procedure you will fill up the application online with the phone unit and color of the phone and the plan you've decided upon.
You will receive a confirmation number later within the day a Globe Representative will call you up on the given phone number register to be renew.
Make sure you know the following information:

- You can add feature on application that you use the most.
- You can add IDD landline provides you to call people who use the main line except certain landline phone numbers are not allowed.
The advantage of having an IDD with your mobile number you can call anyone from your phone with those who don't have a mobile phone access.
You are a senior citizen you can give permission for someone else to receive your phone by giving an authorization letter with a Xerox copy of your two identification picture example Driver's License and Senior Card of the Philippines.
