Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. In celebration of Cinco de Mayo Carmina decided to order at Chili's Restaurant to try their chicken enchilada pasta for the first time.
All I can say for one person it is a big serving that can last me three days straight eating for a light eater I am.
Chicken Enchilada Pasta has the following ingredients penne pasta and fettuccine pasta with grilled chicken, corn, onions, melted chipotle cheese, cilantro aioli, tortilla strips, pico de gallo and corn.
The taste is delicious chicken enchilada has always been my favorite since I was a kid now we can enjoy the pasta version for PHP 502.96 ($10.06) not including fee from Grab Food and tip to the rider.
