On the day of the reservation, we arrived early and were allowed to enter before the official opening time of eleven o’clock in the morning. Actually, if you have asked someone else to try it they won't know it is made of lettuce. To me it taste you're eating tortilla chips the texture looks exactly the same just the fact you're eating something healthy.
The ingredients on the lettuce chips are the following flour, lettuce, cornstarch, sugar, salt, garlic powder, egg and olive oil.
You can probably eat this with salsa something I plan to eat my lettuce chips.
