Carmina went to call up Mr. Frank to see if he was available to cook us some hotdogs that he had mentioned to us before being his business.
Good thing we won't starve for our snack of the day being a Tuesday.
You can choose from what type of hotdogs you want all cooked differently with some ingredients for example I went to try their Jersey Hotdog Solo that has the following Italian sausage, tomato, onion, jalapeno, bacon, mozzarella cheese and concasse.
I had to look up and see what concasse which is made of tomato that involves boiling the tomato to remove the skin and chopping it up to make a sauce the French way.
