Mom Violy wanted to eat at Cibo located at the GH the newest area located in Greenhill's Shopping Center. Mom Violy already knew what she wanted to eat was the chicken sandwich. The server had informed us there is a new promo which you can get a set meal by picking which one you would like. There was a perfect lunch deal for Mom Violy's chicken sandwich the server asked if Mom Violy would like to pair it with carbonara pasta for 549.00 pesos ($9.63). Each had a cream puff for your dessert was served ahead of our meal since Mom Violy was already feeling lightheaded. Carmina didn't feel like eating the food in the house cooked by Manang V which was beef niliga and grilled stuff bangus due being humid in the Philippines. Eating soup adds on the temperature you feel especially when the air-conditioner in your room cannot handle the heat from outside.
I decided upon eating salad. I felt a way to start eating healthy and find an alternative place to buy it gave me an opportunity to find Medley Modern Mediterranean.
I saw the Smoked Paprika Shrimp Salad that has the following ingredients romaine lettuce, Israeli salad, wheat, fried eggplant, feta cheese, shrimp, lemon and garlic dressing for PHP 379.00 ($7.58).
I wanted something else with my meal just in case I didn't feel like eating the food at the house to make it worthwhile in one transaction.
I saw Levantine Chicken Laffa that has chicken thigh, mixed greens, hummus, Israeli salad, fried eggplant and mamba sauce for PHP 299.00 ($5.98).
It gave me an opportunity to try Smoked Paprika Shrimp Salad and Levantine Chicken Laffa at Medley Modern Mediterranean.
The food is quite different from what I normally order but it is a good thing because I learned a new dish that I had actually enjoyed.
