Family was informed by their friends to try Blackbird at the Nielson Tower and asked Mom Violy if she has ever been there before. Mom Violy had no clue what it was asked Carmina to look it up and see what kind of food they serve. Carmina gave the phone number to Mom Violy make a reservation for a family lunch. On the day of the reservation, we arrived early and were allowed to enter before the official opening time of eleven o’clock in the morning. We decided to stay in the lobby, where we were asked if we wanted anything to drink. Carmina took videos inside and learned about the history by talking to the staff. One hour later, people started coming into the restaurant and took their seats at the reservation table, browsing the menu to decide what to order. Carmina's family was craving for Mexican burrito and to figure what we wanted to eat. Carmina found Puesto Modern Mexican Comfort Food for our snack of the day.
We had ordered the following something to try on our own.
Burrito Wrap Carne Asada Steak ingredients steak, corn, salsa, Mexican salad greens, Mexican rice and tortilla. The person eating this doesn't like vegetables everything is not added in this dish for PHP 230.00 ($4.60).
Burrito Wrap Pulled Pork ingredients pulled pork, beans, corn, salsa, Mexican salad greens, Mexican rice and tortilla. The person eating this doesn't eat vegetables and beans. The salsa has been set aside for PHP 220.00 ($4.40).
Burrito Wrap Chicken Fajita ingredients chicken, beans, corn, salsa, Mexican salad greens, Mexican rice and tortilla for PHP 220.00 ($4.40).
Burritos had arrived wrapped up with the sauce on the side for what we had requested during our Grab application order during the time I had placed it.
Highlight of Puesto Modern Mexican Comfort Food
Base on my experience on Mexican food it is not Authentic it is between an okay type of food. Why I say this it is not bad Mexican food, but on Carmina's opinion it is dry on the Burrito Wrap Chicken Fajita it doesn't have enough vegetables when I had cut into in half there was only a small piece of lettuce.
I was expecting it to have bell pepper; onions what a Fajita usually serve when you eat in a restaurant. We don't know what Mexican green salad means in their menu.
There was a big serving in the rice than the main ingredient in it.
I don't want to lie and fool other people who plan to eat here. Everyone has the right to say how they feel toward the food they eat.
The family members said the Burrito Wrap Pulled Pork was salty in some parts of the food although it tasted good.
You can say Burrito Wrap Pulled Pork is 50/50 out of 100 to grade it on.
Burrito Wrap Carne Asada Steak the family member said it was good if you compare it to budget Mexican food compare to other places that has been eaten in other places.
