Tito Boni's birthday was on the month of May, but since we're on vacation in California it was delayed. Tita Edna decided to have the celebration meal at Zensho for our lunch. Tito Boni and Tita Edna had arrived at the restaurant to pick our seating arrangement. Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home and met them at Zensho. We had arrived at 11:30 AM. Not many customers during the time of arrival later people started coming in even if the forecast was raining. Tito Boni, Tita Edna and Mom Violy had ordered the food that will be cooked in front of us. Our menu tends to repeat itself from weeks to the next week sometimes you cannot live that way.
Carmina went ahead looking for food at Grab application ordered Crazy Tojo Salad from Soru Izakaya the ingredients lettuce, cucumber, mango, imitation crabmeat, deep fried crab, mango dressing and Japanese mayo. I felt it was something I had never tried it sound interesting.
I didn't add the Japanese mayo to my salad just the mango dressing it taste enough for me with all the ingredients included for PHP 335.00 ($6.70) not including fees from Grab application and tip to the rider.
I had enjoyed my meal and looking forward in trying other salad from Soru Izakaya.
