Mom Violy forwards a picture she saw online to Carmina a shoe rack stool cabinet . Carmina sent to Mom Violy found they have the one she was looking for at  INSLIFE  Online Shopee Philippines for 878.00 pesos ($14.88) not including shipping and handling. Carmina asked Mom Violy what color she would like for the cushion choice was white, grey and brown. There was also a choice of measurements sending it to Mom Violy decided to see which one she prefers for her home. Carmina had ordered it the next day it had arrived asking for cash on delivery the service is very fast. Only problem is that there were no instructions in the box Carmina had message the seller how will she assemble all the pieces on the shoe rack. I just looked at the photo that was from the seller going based how to assemble everything together counting all the pieces to make sure it was complete. Sweet Potato with Artichoke Salad Recipe


We often see people make potato salad and having small sweet potato around. I decided since they both are being grown from the ground why not try something new.

Only difference I had added something else to my sweet potato salad rather using chicken that we normally add on to our potato salad. I used what I had in my fridge to add additional flavoring and color to my sweet potato salad with some marinated artichoke that I had recently purchase.

Sweet Potato with Artichoke Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

6 Pieces - Small Camote Orange boiled, peeled and slice into cubes

1/2 Onion - Sliced into cubes

Mayonnaise any brand - Put how much you want on your sweet potato salad.

Salt to taste

Optional:

3 Pieces - Artichoke using 3 pieces and slice small (Marinated Artichoke from the bottle any brand)

You can add hardboiled egg to your salad and other ingredients you have in your home.

Preparing Sweet Potato with Artichoke Salad Recipe:

Combine all ingredients together and mix well ready to be served or if you prefer it cold place in a plastic container to put in your fridge.
