Carmina went grocery shopping with Mom Violy at Robinsons Magnolia last week. I bought the Oreo just because it looked interesting, having no idea who Baby Monster was at the time. After getting home, I took some videos and pictures, edited my video, and later discovered on social media that it’s a popular band in South Korea that collaborated with Oreo. Sometimes we learn new things without realizing what we’ve purchased is trending—people often buy the cookies just for the card inside. Carmina only discovered it by posting on her YouTube channel. Duty calls when my mom tells me she wants another order from Ha-inan to make it worth while I decided to try their desserts that was available.
I had place an order for Turon de Leche and Pichi-Pichi. You have a choice of how many pieces of pichi-pichi you want with an additional price to pay and what type of topping you want from cheese or coconut.
Of course I shared some with my mom for her to try. I only take a small bite and pass it along to the others.
