In every way we can find an
alternative to eat our lazy sushi without carbohydrates in our diet by adding
another replacement.
For me I had removed my rice and replace it with mashed avocado a way to make it easier for me to layer on to my seaweed.
Even though you're on a diet food you love to eat you can arrange it to how you love to eat by adding other ingredients in your meals.
We often see people replacing food in what they don't have available in their kitchen or food pantry.
