Carmina informed Mom Violy that she would visit her home on Saturday, November 8, 2025. She asked if Mom Violy wanted to go out for lunch and mentioned needing to do some grocery shopping due to an upcoming big storm. Mom Violy suggested trying Crisostomo, a Filipino restaurant inside Robinsons Magnolia. Carmina forwarded the menu for her to choose what she wanted to eat, while Carmina already knew her order. I chose pork barbeque served in a set of three pieces with a vinegar dipping sauce. I skipped rice and opted for lumpiang hubad, fresh lumpia without a wrapper, topped with peanut sauce. Mom Violy initially craved the classic Pinoy paella, but when it wasn’t available, she decided on sinigang na baboy with an extra serving of rice. A family member chose sisig with garlic rice. Mom Violy was requesting for sweets last night. She asked her daughter Carmina to place an order for her midnight snacks.
Mom Violy couldn't remember what she uses to eat. Mom Violy said I don't want chocolate cake or mocha cake. For some reason I am having a difficult time sleeping.
Carmina had mentioned the slice cakes she use to order from Goldilocks that is wrapped individual giving you a limit how much portion you should eat.
Carmina had placed the order through Grab due to the weather condition it took nine times to get a rider to pick up my order.
Patience is what we need when we're asking someone to pick up our food. Even if you don't know who they are you also need to be consider to their helpful way in giving them a tip.
Carmina was able to order Mom Violy's Mocha Marble Cake Slice for PHP 29.00 each ($0.58).
Mom Violy also requested for the Classic Polvaron one box PHP 176.00 ($3.52).
Mom Violy's favorite is the Cathedral Window for PHP 264.00 ($5.28).
Cathedral Window is a jello made with colorful colors.
