Carmina's Experience in Poppo Live after One Year

Those who don't know Mary Ann was the one who invited me to do Poppo last year 2023 the month of November. Mary Ann and I had drifted apart since we had to deal with new changes in our environment. Plant Based Crackers made of Cauliflower and Butter Nut Squash

 


Carmina wanted to fill up her food pantry in her room. Carmina wanted to make sure it was something healthy to snack away when our hunger strike.
