Carmina first tried Soy Yummy when she purchased it at Buildamart, and her mom, Violy, noticed it mentioned in her blog. Curious, Carmina checked if she could buy directly from the supplier and discovered they had many branches in the Philippines. Tip:
I used a measuring cup and spoon to balance the ingredients by volume—specifically the sago and brown sugar. Each chilled taho gets 2 and a half tablespoons of sago and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Adjust as needed and go by feel!
