Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Carmina threw an arrow and went and hit a bullseye with loads of bacon, ham and cheese.

The best thing Midnight Bakers has a lot of variety of bread that gave Carmina an opportunity to try it herself.

Bulleye has the same Filipino texture of being moist when you eat an ensaymada only difference there is ham and bacon inside making it a sandwich just being sliced to place on a plate.
It is soft with the butter taste on the bread.
It had arrived at my home the bread was still warm newly baked from Midnight Bakers. You will need to pay delivery fee from the seller itself during the process of ordering online.
Carmina had placed her last night and received it just in time for merienda (snack) in the Philippines.
