Carmina grew up eating cinnamon rolls the reason she loves eating it because her favorite spice is cinnamon. Carmina prefer having raisin when baked in bread.
Carmina wanted to try the cinnamon with cream from Midnight Bakers since she was able to try a variety of breads from previous orders.
Carmina had discovered from the cinnamon with cream it is not too sweet. There is extra filling of cinnamon layered inside being rolled up with raisins. The cream on top doesn't over power the taste on the layer of the ingredients.
You can reheat it the next day when you plan to eat it with some coffee or tea.
