Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

  Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Mom Violy always request her daughter to order her Chooks to Go Chicken the only part she would eat is the dark meat. Mom Violy would ask Carmina to keep the white meat for herself.

Carmina always find a way to make use to the white meat from Chooks To Go.

Grilled Chicken Open Face Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Left Over Grilled Chicken (shredded)
  • Papa Pita Greek Pita Bread (any brand)
  • Emborg Swiss Slice Cheese (any cheese of your choice)
  • Ripe Avocado 
Where to purchase the ingredients in the Philippines?





Preparing Grilled Chicken Open Face Recipe:
  • On a plate you will place the Papa Pita Greek Pita Bread add the cheese, shredded chicken and warm in the microwave for one minute.




  • You can add the avocado or spread it while eating your Grilled Chicken Open Face.
You have an option to add any ingredients to what mood you feel for that day.
