Manang V is sharing you her Kaldereta Recipe the way she cooks in our home. Being a cook she feeds a lot of people.

Manang V said normally there is pineapple to the dish since we have nothing in stock it wasn't included in our dish today.
Manang V's Beef Ribs Kaldereta Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Kilo - Beef Ribs
2 - Small Packs Del Monte Tomato Sauce
2 - Tbsp. Vinegar
1 - Onion (chopped)
1 - Whole Garlic (minced)
1 - Potato (sliced in 1 inch)
1 - Carrot (sliced in 1 inch)
2 - Bell Pepper (sliced thinly)
1 - Can Green Peas
1 - Reno Liver Spread
Patis (Fish Sauce) to taste
1 - Can of Sliced Pineapple (strain juice)
Cooking Instructions:
- In a large pot you will add small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion sauté by adding the beef ribs, vinegar and water until meat is soft and tender.
- Add potato, carrot, bell pepper, peas until cook for thirty minutes
- Add reno liver spread, patis and pineapple ready to serve with rice.
They say eating in a small plate makes you eat only a small portion of your food each day.
