Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. Carmina called up Becky asking if she is interested remembered to look out for the flu shot. Becky said yes and asked her to give me full name, birthdate and phone number contact information. Manang V's Beef Ribs Kaldereta Recipe


Manang V is sharing you her Kaldereta Recipe the way she cooks in our home. Being a cook she feeds a lot of people. 

Carmina has the opportunity to write down and ask Manang V what are her recipes each day a way we have a journal of what recipes each person has on their own.

Manang V said normally there is pineapple to the dish since we have nothing in stock it wasn't included in our dish today.

Manang V's Beef Ribs Kaldereta Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Kilo - Beef Ribs

2 - Small Packs Del Monte Tomato Sauce

2 - Tbsp. Vinegar

1 - Onion (chopped)

1 - Whole Garlic (minced)

1 - Potato (sliced in 1 inch)

1 - Carrot (sliced in 1 inch)

2 - Bell Pepper (sliced thinly)

1 - Can Green Peas

1 - Reno Liver Spread

Patis (Fish Sauce) to taste

1 - Can of Sliced Pineapple (strain juice)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a large pot you will add small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion sauté by adding the beef ribs, vinegar and water until meat is soft and tender.
  2. Add potato, carrot, bell pepper, peas until cook for thirty minutes 
  3. Add reno liver spread, patis and pineapple ready to serve with rice.

They say eating in a small plate makes you eat only a small portion of your food each day.
