Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Everyone had a taste of our meals with leftovers to bring home. Watch my video  Running Errands in the Philippines . NOT SPONSORED. Norwegian Cold Smoked Salmon Salad and Mixed Berry Smoothie from So Green Philippines

Everyone like their garden salad some like it with only two items and some want a meal portion with variety in one bowl.

How do you want your garden salad prepared?

Carmina prefer it with a lot of different toppings on her salad giving you an option to eat in one bowl.

Carmina has been trying to limit her carbohydrates to those who are trying to get fit can relate to what I am talking about.

Carmina wanted to try a new restaurant that serves something quite different from what we normally see online.

Carmina found So Green Philippines from her Grab application on her phone.

Norwegian Cold Smoked Salmon Salad is the one that caught my eye while glancing at the menu. The ingredients are smoked salmon, hard boiled egg, tomato, onion, capers, mixed lettuce, crotons, sesame seeds and dill dressing for PHP 390.00 ($7.80).

Carmina decided to try their Mixed Berries Smoothie with strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, syrup, milk and chai seeds for PHP 165.00 ($3.30).

Carmina felt the salad was big enough to share anyone else in the house.
