Mom Violy's Birthday Lunch at Mamou, Gateway 2

Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try  Mamou . Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home before heading to Gateway 2 located in Cubao, Quezon City. Mamou is located ground floor inside Gateway 2. Upon entering the person asked if we had any reservations however, they do except walk as well was seated at the table of our choice.  The person had handed us the menu. Beverages Menu Bread and butter were served after we had placed our order. Our appetizer was the Mamou's Bacon Steak. Mom Violy decided to order her lobster tail with rice. Carmina had ordered Beer Battered Fish and Malt Vinegar with choice of pot

Carmina went to a point in her life ordering food became expensive in the pocket. Carmina went to a turning point by eating food that was served at home and cooked by Manang V herself.

There are times Carmina had put off rice in her meal only depending what food was being served at home.

Rice was in my meal it would be one cup, 1/2 cup and went down too 1/4 cup until I had removed it completely using a rice measuring cup.

I will give you how much serving Carmina would eat for you to understand how balance my meals have became.

Carmina is not a professional for someone to tell you want needs to be done. You can control yourself in what you eat and what you feel is enough to make yourself full.

You can slowly train your stomach to eat less by doing it gradually not to make yourself fatigue.

Carmina had removed milk tea, soda, concentrated juice, ice-cream, donut and chips. It all went away slowly until we no longer crave or look for it.

Carmina had any type of Filipino Soup that had fried tilapia with no rice in her meal.

Carmina also eat just soup for her meals when it gets cold we want to eat something warm. One bowl of soup can do the trick to full us up.

Carmina's favorite soup is sopas (chicken noodle).

Some people think it is impossible to eat no rice with your meal, but too Carmina it was something she was able to achieve by getting full on each meal served by Manang V.

Our meals are portion by each person Carmina was accustomed to how we eat our meals each day.
