Mom Violy's Birthday Lunch at Mamou, Gateway 2

Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try  Mamou . Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home before heading to Gateway 2 located in Cubao, Quezon City. Mamou is located ground floor inside Gateway 2. Upon entering the person asked if we had any reservations however, they do except walk as well was seated at the table of our choice.  The person had handed us the menu. Beverages Menu Bread and butter were served after we had placed our order. Our appetizer was the Mamou's Bacon Steak. Mom Violy decided to order her lobster tail with rice. Carmina had ordered Beer Battered Fish and Malt Vinegar with choice of pot

Carmina has reached her actual weight. All she needs to do is concentrate on to balance intake in healthy choices in daily meals we eat every day.

Carmina got use too putting exercise in her daily routine Monday to Saturday where moments we tend to look for what our body tells us what is needed to stay fit.

Carmina main goal is to flatten her stomach for what she knows it will take years for it to vanish.

Rule of exercise if no pain you are doing it all wrong.

Carmina has accomplished something she always wanted to do. Carmina can now reach the floor by standing up straight and bending down with your hands.

Carmina's stomach is getting smaller and it is not in the way.

Carmina doesn't get hungry that often where she fuels up in water to fill herself up.

Life is good all we need to keep motivating ourselves. 

When you get bored on the same exercise routines there are so many videos to follow online that you can venture on exercise that have no equipment necessary all you need is a floor, room to exercise, everyday clothing, sneakers, water bottle to drink, hair accessories if your hair is long and you're set to go.
