Realizing the fact you're not happy how you look what changes needs to be made.
Staying at
home you really don’t wear your outside clothes. Mom Violy had informed Carmina
that she would like to go outside to go to Bulacan, Philippines the month of May 2021.
The moment
you try on your clothes you realize you have gained the unexpected pounds. Your jeans a size 8 in women's are too tight and the American size tees being size Medium doesn't seem to look good having a budging stomach. People might mistake you being pregnant.
You start
to hate all the food ventures you’ve posted online and ordering food daily.
You don’t
realize the concept you’re getting bigger and the weight will struggle to put
efforts to remove the unwanted fats.
Carmina had
to set her mind to lose the weight you wanted and the way you look will take a
lot of patience to achieve the actual goal to return back to being 110 pounds.
It may not
be a lot from weighing 125 pounds.
For someone
height of 5’4 our actual weight is 123 pounds, but someone who was skinny at a
young age got use to looking that way.
There is no
one to blame just ourselves for what we ate and how we didn’t give time to
exercise.
Fitness has always been apart in our life. Some people take fitness for granted they feel incapable to do it for themselves.
Sometimes it takes time to master in our brain to give us motivation to make the first move to put fitness in our daily routine.
Carmina grew up with no knowledge of fitness growing up.
Carmina had only learned from college friends who have mentioned to her what they do on a daily basis. Giving support from college friends who live faraway and always told Carmina I can be your fitness trainer. No money required just advices given by a friend.
Carmina had mentioned to her friends how her family spends a whole lot of money to have a physical trainer to come to their home when they need someone to guide them.
In life we have people who put fitness in their schedule and others like Carmina didn’t quite reach that goal.
Until we got older and realize we’re missing out putting less energy in our body. We tend to want more out of life when you’ve stayed home for a long time. You tend to put fitness in your life by gradually adding it with your daily routines.
You come a peak moment of menopause and aging you come to the point our bodies is telling us we’re getting old.
Even if we look young on the outside our bodies need to add a different lifestyle.
