Carmina will give you the ingredients to figure which one is would bring you to order at Kokoro Japanese Grindz starting left side of the photo.

  1. El Diablo - Deep Fried with Tuna, Crab Meat, Avocado, Cream Cheese, Baked Tempura Shrimps, Wasabi, Mayo, Aonori, Habanero Sauce and Sweet Sauce on the side.
  2. Bathala - Tuna Sashimi, Tempura Shrimps, Avocado, Tobiko, Negi Baked Crab Meat, Scallops, Spicy Mayo and Sweet Sauce on the side.
  3. Rockstar - Inari, Tuna Tartare, Cucumber, Cilantro, Wasabi, Mayo, Avocado, Lime, Honey, Habanero sauce, Negi, Fried Wanton on the top with Sweet sauce on the side.
  4. Big Kahuna - Tuna, Tempura Shrimps, Avocado, Tobiko, Negi, Baked Crab Meat, Scallops, Spicy Mayo and sweet sauce on the side.
Carmina didn't have to dip her El Diablo, Bathala, Rockstar and Big Kahuna in soy sauce and wasabi. It was already spicy enough to dig into it.
