Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. How do you prefer your tocino? Do you want it chicken, pork or fish?
Carmina prefer it fish being a healthy version toward our wellness having it with matching sliced tomatoes just the way typical Filipinos eat their breakfast.
Carmina had given Manang V some leftover rice that was cooked today.
Have Manang V to cook her some garlic rice for the following morning.
Carmina also requested to cook one sunny side up egg just how we normally eat tocino for our meals.
Letting Manang V know she will take a photo after the Premium Sweet Cured Milkfish Bangus Tocino will be cooked to let everyone know how it will taste.
Manang V had informed Carmina she has never tried Premium Sweet Cured Milkfish Bangus Tocino.
Carmina had purchased her Sweet Cured Milkfish from Freshious Inc. Carmina didn't do it directly to them because she had replenished her bread and ordered it too Pan de Mya Bakery who had offered me Freshious Inc frozen and ready to eat milkfish two weeks ago.
Mom Violy also wanted some items which she felt she is going to eating healthy might as well order the same time.

How does Premium Sweet Cured Milkfish Bangus Tocino taste?
It is not that sweet to me. It is rather refreshing to be able to eat something healthy that has the tocino flavoring something you don't see often on your plate.
