The Beginning of Carmina's Wellness

Carmina started the aerobic rider doing it for five minutes to let her body get use to it.
Carmina did it every day and each week she would additional minutes to see if she can handle it.
Carmina began feeling pain her arms and legs. Carmina’s friend had advice to stop exercising until the pain went away.
Continue again after a month in December 2020 although since Carmina had put it off for a long time the time set on the brain went away.
Mary Ann had informed Carmina she wanted to lose weight. They made a bet with one another in the month of June 2021.
Carmina had purchased a yoga mat.
Carmina continue to exercise using her aerobic rider for five minutes added another two minutes and so on until she became use too it.
Month of July Carmina decided to explore into YouTube and did Yoga for her warm up before she went on her aerobic rider.
To add on to the minutes to her exercise a total of twenty minutes.
