Carmina has friends who have shut out from family and friends who have limit themselves who they communicate.
They feel that they will be judge and put down what is happening in their life when you feel someone has taken away something you were use too.
Perhaps you had a relationship or a job you have something to do or see was taken away from you. All a sudden everything else you’re so use to doing has been shut down nowhere to go and your mind wasn't set for this tragic moment to occur in your life.
You tend to limit the people you want to trust because inside you feel somewhat feel loneliness comes to not give a burden what is going on with your life.
Some of them came forward expressing to Carmina they had felt lonely when their birthday was coming up and holiday season were approaching.

Carmina's advice was to her friends they are not alone and if they wanted to share what they felt. They can always tell what they are feeling inside.

Carmina had friends who did tell what they were feeling and able to cope up not being lonely by finding the right cure.
Carmina felt giving positive thinking would make them realize it is not bad what they have achieved for themselves.
Sometimes we really don't know what the concrete is of what your friends may be going too where mental health are different when you're chatting or talking to them over the phone.
We can only tell based on how much they tell you in your conversation.
In order to analyze your friends is to read your conversation and who does all the talking. Another way is to ask questions to see if they would answer it or not.
You can tell when your friend is quiet and seem far to reach when their minds are thinking of something else.
Talking to your friends on the phone you can tell by the tone of their voice may sound different from normal days when they seem to be in a good mood.
Carmina's friends realize the loneliness was only in their mind set it was just a habit thinking they wouldn't be able to pass up the way they see their life.
They realize out of their life something better could happen if they figured what would drive them to be happy.
Even if you feel alone in reality there are a lot among you who are going through the same but just having a different type of experience, but when you narrow it down for a man or women you are completely the same.
You can make your life to
a better year coming ahead of you. Keep thinking positive and stop giving
yourself a hand full of stress.
