Traditional Christmas in the Philippines is serving during Christmas Eve where you would gather up at the table eating a midnight snack.
Christmas gifts have been exchange among family members.
This Christmas season Carmina decided not to give a gift for each family member where she wanted to share the chicken pot pie from Midnight Bakers for them to have something American for a change.
Not to fully break the Filipino traditions she decided to order their new bibingka to drink with hot coffee or tea.
You can watch a short video clip of how Traditional Christmas in the Philippines is Served with Bibingka:
Bibingka from Midnight Bakers is included of six pieces for PHP 720.00 ($14.40) not including delivery fee and tip to the rider.
Bibingka comes with grated coconut in small individual packs to sprinkle on top it is best to be eaten when hot.
The difference is the bibingka may look small although it is thick with salted egg on top with cheese, moist and buttery taste inside not sweet which is the best of all blends well together.
