Protect yourself and your loved ones - get vaccinated!

Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. Carmina called up Becky asking if she is interested remembered to look out for the flu shot. Becky said yes and asked her to give me full name, birthdate and phone number contact information. Carmina also called up Mom Violy said alright and still faraway to decide.  Carmina felt Mom Violy should get the flu shot since we'll be traveling to California upcoming vacation. Two years ago, when we went to California got sick and that time it was covid season. I just wanted to protect myself even though hardly get sick in the Philippines. Metro Mart Application

The only possible way to help Manang V at the house is to purchase your groceries online. You don't need to bother anyone else in the household to do it for you. At night I would place my purchase online through Metro Mart Application by picking which groceries I would shop at by based on your needs you end up going to each possible grocery store that may have items you need. Sometimes there are stores that have limited stock and you end up checking another grocery store that may have your items available until you finalize your list. I would always ask Manang V what she needs in her kitchen in order to work together this way you can just pay in advance by what you have shop for and inform the head person in charge once your groceries have arrived at your home what expenses you have made. Everyone share a responsibility to work together in ways you find to resolve every solution with something new on your own. Next morning you wake up when you're items are not available in the ...

Pako Salad Recipe

In the Philippines we use all sorts of vegetables to make into a salad pako in English is Fiddlehead Fern. You often see pako mixed with salted egg, tomato and onion with a homemade dressing. The best match with this salad is any fried fish of your choice. Pako Salad Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 Kilo Fresh Pako leaves 1 - Red Onion (slice) 2 - Ripe Tomato (slice) 2 - Salted Egg (slice) Dressing Ingredients: 1/2 Cup - White Vinegar 1 Tsp - Black Pepper There are two ways to make your pako salad some people prefer it raw others want it cooked all depends on how you want to eat it. For us we prefer ours to be cooked before we eat our pako by doing this you just need to boil water add the pako leaves cook for a short time and strain the pako. Preparing the Pako Salad: Transfer the pako on a serving plate add onion, tomato and salted egg  Mix the dressing ingredient together Option you can pour the dressing or set aside until you plan to eat your pako salad I prefer to eat pako salad ...
