Carmina was doing errands with her dad came across seeing Ranch 99 Market to do some grocery shopping. Carmina's dad saw there was frozen duck decided to purchase and try it at home. Carmina read the instructions and see how to prepare it. It says thaw out for twenty-four hours leaving in the refrigerator. All you have to do is follow the instructions how to cook it in your oven and preparing the rest of ingredients just used tortilla to wrap it up and make sure slice up the duck when it is has cooled down. I have been craving to eat corn and since I can't find it being in a cob why not eat it the frozen way. Corn is my favorite vegetable it can be cooked up in alternative ways. My favorite way to eat corn is just too warm it in the microwave and adds some butter the simple way. My other favorite is the Filipino Corn Soup the way Manang V cooks it. We can be creative with our corn and add it along our food in the way you want to eat it for that day. I had purchase Southern Valley Whole Kernel Corn from Metro Mart through S&R for PHP 110.00 ($2.20) 1 kg. Not bad for the price not including handling and fee to the delivery person.
