Just when you're on your last day spending with your family there is an invite to have dinner. My family wanted us to have a meal at an American restaurant. It was my first time to dine and have a meal at Lazy Dog Restaurant in Concord, California. My brother in-law had made a reservation at six o'clock party of seven. We had received complimentary barbeque chips and a dip while waiting for the remaining family to arrive. For our appetizer was the Bacon Candy. Reading the menu to decided what to order came across $15.00 Fireside Favorites that includes with a main course meal and dessert from smores brownie or banana pudding. I have been craving to eat corn and since I can't find it being in a cob why not eat it the frozen way. Corn is my favorite vegetable it can be cooked up in alternative ways. My favorite way to eat corn is just too warm it in the microwave and adds some butter the simple way. My other favorite is the Filipino Corn Soup the way Manang V cooks it. My mom had cooked it when I was young Gulliver's Creamed Corn . Anyone's favorite adding all leftover in your meal fried rice . Add in your salad the healthy way. We can be creative with our corn and add it along our food in the way you want to eat it for that day.
