We often see people make potato salad and having small sweet potato around. I decided since they both are being grown from the ground why not try something new. Only difference I had added something else to my sweet potato salad rather using chicken that we normally add on to our potato salad. I used what I had in my fridge to add additional flavoring and color to my sweet potato salad with some marinated artichoke that I had recently purchase.
