Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Sweet Potato with Artichoke Salad Recipe

We often see people make potato salad and having small sweet potato around. I decided since they both are being grown from the ground why not try something new. Only difference I had added something else to my sweet potato salad rather using chicken that we normally add on to our potato salad. I used what I had in my fridge to add additional flavoring and color to my sweet potato salad with some marinated artichoke that I had recently purchase.   Growing up in California my mom would always cook our vegetables just steaming or boiling something that is simple to eat. Zagana Farm to Kitchen

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been asking Manang V to include some of my vegetables on her list whenever the kitchen runs out. Every time Carmina notices the kitchen is restocked with vegetables, she asks Manang V about it. Manang V always apologizes, saying she keeps forgetting about my vegetables. Eventually, Carmina got tired of waiting and decided to buy them online through Grab Mart. Sometimes, it just seems easier to do things yourself rather than rely on others.
