Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Everyone had a taste of our meals with leftovers to bring home. Watch my video Running Errands in the Philippines . NOT SPONSORED. Beating the time before someone picks up the food for Mom Violy to drop off at her home. One hour ago Carmina was asking Mom Violy what time will her friend pick up her food. Mom Violy said between 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Carmina asked Mom Violy is there any other food she wanted to add. Mom Violy replied anything you can give. Carmina felt there was enough time to place one more order asking if Mom Violy wanted a Vietnamese sandwich. Carmina had placed the order at Pho Hoa Vietnamese Noodle House for a BBQ Pork Banh Mi. The only thing I had requested not to have the bread toasted a way it won't be hard for Mom Violy to eat. Carmina had placed the BBQ Pork Banh Mi plastic container with extra camote fries that came from my meal. BBQ Pork Banh Mi includes camote fries for PHP 234.00 ($4.68). Carmina was able to place the order on time having extra meals for Mom Violy to have for the week.
