Missing quality time? Lunch with Dad at East Ocean Seafood is the answer.

Carmina's dad had informed her that he would like to have a meal. Carmina's dad decided to treat her for lunch at  East Ocean Seafood Restaurant . Upon entering in the back of the parking lot there is an entrance the server will ask how many we are. Seating at a table handling out the menu to look and decide upon what we'll order. Carmina had informed her dad that Papa Ping's favorite is Mongolian beef decided to make it as our meal. Carmina's favorite has always been honey with walnuts. We had ordered yang chow fried rice. Dad wanted me to have my favorite sesame seeds Lotus for dessert. We had leftovers Carmina brought it home for Papa Ping to eat for his dinner. Since no one is taking me out to dine outside during our pandemic we come across purchasing our own food when we feel like getting a bite to eat. Carmina got hungry when she had visit Mom Violy. Carmina felt she wanted to eat something having no good food at the house. Carmina decided to try something new for a change. Carmina's Wellness  Maintaining on Actual Weight Carmina has reached her actual weight. All she needs to do is concentrate on to balance intake in healthy choices in daily meals we eat every day. Carmina got use too putting exercise in her daily routine Monday to Saturday where moments we tend to look for what our body tells us what is needed to stay fit. Carmina main goal is to flatten her stomach for what she knows it will take years for it to vanish. Rule of exercise if no pain you are doing it all wrong. Carmina has accomplished something she always wanted to do. Carmina can now reach the floor by standing up straight and bending down with your hands. Carmina's stomach is getting smaller and it is not in the way. Carmina doesn't get hungry that often where she fuels up in water to fill herself up.
