Raquel's Wellness of Transformation Tuesday  Honestly, that's not a pop socket on my left arm; it's a digital blood sugar monitor. I've been a diabetic for over seven years. I workout six days a week, try to hike once a week, weight still goes up, just like my quarterly blood sugar levels never had to check my  🩸daily till six weeks ago. Changed my eating habits, ate pretty veggies, lessened the carbohydrates, while still enjoying protein, watched my portions out of a glass and chose a better fun snack. Pleased to report my sugars have improved dramatically.
