Carmina's Wellness Toward Cycling
Carmina’s friends said they have been riding their bikes outside.
Carmina went to check if it was possible to ride a bike at home doing her own research without any advices from her friends.
Carmina found out there are five types of bike trainers with different features on based on the usage, sound and etc.
You live a life and your friends tell you have a life living like a prisoner you tend to realize the difference with their lifestyle and ours which is limited.
However even if we are unable to explore doesn’t mean it stop us doing the same activities just doing it at our own pace.
We may not see the outside world, but we can still exercise by riding our bike indoors.
What are the best bike trainer for you to use inconvenience of your home?
First of all you want to think the noise you'll make when riding your bike indoors, the friction and what is highly recommend to the pro cyclist.
You also need to know what is your budget and what is affordable in your own needs.
It is best to buy one bike trainer that will last years to come rather purchasing something that will end up selling as a second hand.
You can come across people buying online at Marketplace to have an ideal what is selling second hand. If the price is right might as well grab what you see and send a personal message to the seller.
Somehow Carmina wasn't able to get the fluid bike trainer that her friends had inform her to get for herself.

Carmina's bike has been dismantle since August 2021 and until the beginning year 2022 there is no progress in my mountain bike.
