You'll receive a text message informing that they will pick it up from you. Carmina had printed the return slip showing proof item is being returned to the sender leaving inside the pouch it came.
You will notice in your Shopee Philippines application you will know when the package is arriving back to the seller.
It maybe a hassle only way for you to get your refund is when the seller gets their product back from you.
The return amount you had paid will be return to you through Shopee Pay and you can use those funds to purchase something else.
