Today is Monday, January 11, 2022 where Mama Ely and Doc would like to share their Farm located at Imus, Cavite, Philippines.
During their pandemic they have kept they busy harvest their fruits and vegetables a way to put wellness into their life.
Mama Ely and Doc's Farm in Imus, Cavite, Philippines toward Wellness
Mama Ely purchased her ampalaya (bitter gourd) at the market and decided to use the seeds to plant it in her farm. Before to start that process Mama Ely would dry the seeds for few days and plant in the ground with soil.
Mama Ely doesn't use any fertilizer or any insecticide although to prevent worms is needed to penetrate on the fruits.
Mama Ely harvest after two months before it would bear fruits and vegetables.
Mama Ely would remove the dry leaves by using scissors in her farm when she see it shown on her video.
Mama Ely water them only once a day since it is humid in the Imus, Cavite, Philippines.

Out of Mama Ely's wellness being 85 years old she is enjoying her garden while she is able to eat what she has harvest in her own farm.
