Slowly Going toward Vegan

Going back to what you've accomplished last year is helping small restaurants, bakeries, online sellers and wellness into their life who have been for each other.

Looking back on our progress not only eating healthy and helping those to change a new pattern how they see what can make new changes for others.

To reach out to friends dealing with mental health and self care making them aware they are never alone.

Carmina wanted to change Carmina Lifestyle to head down cooking vegan food at home by changing our ingredients what we common eat.

For example to cook pancit we can use Healthy Rich Vegan Malunggay Veggie Canton Carmina hasn't been able to try it yet. Manang V cook our pancit she will let you know how it taste.

Down this road of 2022 Carmina will share where she has purchased her vegan products for you to buy in the Philippines.

Some people see Filipinos only eating oily food however what they don't know we can also be a healthy eater among other countries known for it.

Recently Carmina has a friend who would like to go toward vegan/healthy eating something for themselves.

Who knows toward the end you'll learn something new you've never encountered yourself being health conscious like me.

Carmina's taste buds have been changing where are palates go beyond going through stress. Carmina gave some Kalabasa Chips from Mom Violy to try.
