Protect yourself and your loved ones - get vaccinated!

Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. Carmina called up Becky asking if she is interested remembered to look out for the flu shot. Becky said yes and asked her to give me full name, birthdate and phone number contact information. Carmina also called up Mom Violy said alright and still faraway to decide.  Carmina felt Mom Violy should get the flu shot since we'll be traveling to California upcoming vacation. Tips: How to Register VaXCertPH



Earlier our topic with Manang V and Charlene was how strict area where we live. Recently Charlene had a vacation to spend time with her family.

Charlene thought having a vaccination card was an access anywhere. What she didn't know she also needed a QR Code Vaccine Card registered in the Philippines.

Those who plan to travel International will be needing a QR Code.

Before you proceed make sure you have a photo copy of the following:
  1. Vaccination Card/ Booster Card
  2. Identification Used During Your Vaccination
Anyone of us who are not registered in the Philippines will need to click to this link: https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/.

Step 1: 

Click I have read and agreed to the Privacy Statement and Continue


Step 2: 

Answer the question before to Proceed and Click NEXT




Step 3: 

Fill up Personal Information used on your Vaccination Card must have it with you to make it accurate right information to process and Click NEXT only Click Back if you need to make changes.


Step 4: 

Fill Up Vaccination with City and Date written on your Vaccination Card and Click Verify 



Step 5: 

Read all the information by checking if anything is misspelled or needs to be edit by Click Back to fill up the information or Click Continue.


Step 6: 

Just in case the information given and it is currently not register you will be asked to attach a copy of your Vaccination Card by taking a picture and the Identification you had used during your vaccination.

Step 7:

Click Continue and you will be given a Reference Number 


Step 8:

Information was retrieved you'll be able to download and print your QR Code


Step 9:

Make sure to Log Out can be seen on the left side of your screen.

Tips:

Those who have time to go in person to visit VaXCertPH should bring your Vaccination Card and Identification ID or to those who aren't able to go can ask someone you trust with an authorization letter with documents to present during the process.

Make sure you have a copy on your phone once you've have your own QR Code just a reference you can use in the future.
