Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Mom Violy wanted to eat at Sarsa At Inihaw Restaurant second time dining inside their restaurant.
Carmina wanted to try something new out from their menu. Carmina had ordered Okoy that is made of shrimp and squash.
Carmina notice the okoy is a combination of how the Korean make their pancake while the okoy was very soft by texture and doesn't break easily when your eating it served with dipping sauce.
There is a lot of shrimps from the inside and on the top. Carmina was able to enjoy her meal.
Okoy is sold for PHP 75.00 ($1.44)
Sarsa At Inihaw Restaurant has a friendly staff where you can either order your food ahead to have it picked up in what Mom Violy and Carmina had notice while we ate inside.
