Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Carmina was able to try and order from Grab Food at Kokoro Japanese Grindz the third time.
Carmina wanted to venture and try each sushi where she decided upon with the Wildfire Sushi Roll with ingredients of panko shrimp, salmon, scallop, ebikko, fried onions, green peppers, chili pepper, avocado, crab salad, avocado cilantro sauce, spicy mayo, and sweet sauce. It has been baked in a tin foil baked sushi giving something new to experience.

Carmina had ordered Dragon Scales that is made of tempura tuna with kangkong leaves with wasabi mayo, sweet sauce and togarashi.

Carmina had requested to make it mild on Wildfire Sushi Roll.
Kokoro Japanese Grindz has a way to tuck the red chili pepper inside the crab salad. After awhile Carmina had to remove the chili pepper making her mouth steaming hot.
Carmina was able to eat her Dragon Scales and they were something different having tuna inside with healthy kangkong being your vegetables. Dragon Scales were not spicy at all where it had balance out my meal.
Carmina had enjoyed her meal.
