Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. After talking for hours with Becky and walking from Gateway Mall to Ali Mall we got thirsty. Becky wanted to drink her coffee yet we had a difficult time finding it.
Carmina suggested Becky to try the Mc Freeze from Mc Donald's since we needed something cold to drink from the humid weather.
The choices were Grape, Royal and Fuji Apple for PHP 35.00 ($0.67).
Becky decided to try the Fuji Apple she liked it just said it was sweet.
Carmina's favorite is Royal the orange soda.
