Releasing of Philippine Passport in Ali Mall, Cubao, Quezon City

Three business days before picking up your Philippine Passport Carmina had emailed whether her passport was ready to be picked up on April 7, 2022 at the DFA Ali Mall.

Carmina had received an email on April 7. 2022 letting her know her passport is ready giving instructions what to do.

  1. Bring the payment slip
  2. Bring your old Philippine Passport
  3. Bring a Black Ballpen
  4. Bring sanitizer
Carmina went to Ali Mall ten minutes it would be open to line up to enter inside having to check your temperature and open your bag for the security guard.

Releasing of Philippine Passport is unorganized there is no door with number three indicated in Ali Mall on the 3rd Floor.

There are so many people lined up on both right and left side not knowing which one you need to go too.

In reality releasing is sharing a door for those who are doing their postal id where you will get confused which door you need to line up.

Carmina just approached strangers lined up if they are for release of Philippine Passport.

Some people say you need to get a number when you enter inside Ali Mall not true for those who want to get their Philippine Passport.

The security guard will hand you a white small piece of paper to fill up your full name and questions related to covid-19 to check if you feel any symptoms or expose to people who have it.

The security guard will fold up your Electronic Receipt and date stamped for pick up.

You will drop it off the Electronic Receipt to window 3 and seat down until they call you on window 2 present your identification card. Carmina just brought her old passport. The person will ask you to remove your face mask to identify if you're the one on the new passport.

The person will hand you the new Philippine Passport proceed to window 1 to fill up your full name, passport number and signature.

You're finally done and can travel where ever you want to go.

The best part it doesn't expire after ten years.

Tips:

Make sure you read your new Philippine Passport to check if the information is correct before leaving DFA Philippines.
