You'll always receive a reminder to inform your appointment is approaching through via email and SMS on the contact number you've provided them.
Mom Violy's appointment is in Target where they have a CVS Pharmacy located inside 43950 Pacific Commons Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538.
The day of your booster all you need to do is to inform CVS Pharmacy that you have a appointment schedule at what time you've made giving them your vaccination card for them to over view.
The person will ask you to wait at the consultation for the doctor to talk with you before giving you your booster shot.
