Those who have visited Japan know how much they can miss Hokkaido ice cream . But you don’t need to fly to Japan to enjoy it—there’s a spot in Greenhill's , in the new GH area extension , where you can get it. Just find Yabu House of Katsu , and outside there’s a walk-up counter where you can line up and order your ice cream. The prices are reasonable for the chocolate crumble sundae is 150.00 pesos ($2.54). Carmina had ordered the Kuromitsu Boba Sundae for 170.00 pesos ($2.88). Everyone enjoyed their ice cream, with no long wait since it’s prepared right away. The Hokkaido ice cream isn’t too sweet, making you want more every time you shop at Greenhill’s Shopping Center. Carmina's Review on Wine Tasting at Laird Family Estate

Catalina had planned a surprised for Carmina for her visit to Napa Valley over the weekend.

All through my life I've never experience a real wine tasting with your best friend often seen in social media from friends you've known for a long time.

Sometimes we don't get those invitation we see from friends who have real buddies to hang out doing what they call relaxation by unwind yourself enjoy the wine savoring the appetizers that blends well with what type of wine you have in your glass.

Catalina had reserved at Laird Family Estate in which she has a relative Ezra Chavez currently working there to explain us what type of wines available for us to try.

  1. Cold Creek Ranch Pinot Grigio Sonoma-Carneros
  2. Napa Valley Sauvignon Blac
  3. Cold Creek Ranch Chardonnay Sonoma-Carneros
  4. Red Hen Ranch Chardonnay, Oak Knoll District, Napa Valley
  5. Phantom Ranch Pinot Noir
  6. Jullian's Red Wine Blend, Napa Valley
  7. Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Carmina's Review:

Cold Creek Ranch Pinot Grigio Sonoma-Carneros from the wine can be deceiving thinking it is water in a glass but when you try savoring it has a floral with fruity taste.

Carmina had liked this one the best out of the remaining wines she had tasted.

Napa Valley Sauvignon Blac

Carmina didn't like it being strong aroma from the first sip.

Cold Creek Ranch Chardonnay Sonoma-Carneros there is a strong texture where the butterscotch lingers in your palate.

Ezra's Recommended which is his favorite the Red Hen Ranch Chardonnay, Oak Knoll District.

Phantom Ranch Pinot Noir has a berry taste.

Jullian's Red Wine Blend, Napa Valley is a complex dark plum that was too strong for Carmina.

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was too strong.

What really blends together with your wine is different type of cheese, crackers, dried fruits, nuts, infused salami and chocolate.

Carmina is grateful for Catalina for her treat and giving me a chance to write about my experiences.

Everyone has different palates so go based on what you prefer based on your own preferences.
