Carmina's dad was craving for Vietnamese and wanted to bring his family have a meal. We are in the area of Brentwood, my dad remembered he used to dine in at CreAsian Wok 'n Roll . Upon entering there we're a lot of customers and the person asked how many we are seated at the table. The server handed us a menu asked us what we would like to drink. They brought out pitcher of iced water with glasses for us to pour our own water. My dad ordered a grilled lemongrass chicken combo with egg, shrimp, and an egg roll . Family member ordered basil leaf with chicken and garlic rice . Another family member had ordered a large Creation Special soup to share with everyone. Carmina wanted the banh mi sandwiches but unfortunately it wasn't available had to pick something else to eat. I decided to try the string beans with shrimp and included is the plain white rice. To my friends out there Carmina found Namai Basil Seeds Drinks in California while shopping at Food Maxx in Fremont, California.
Carmina remembered when she had posted a similar drink, but a brand locally made in another Asia country someone asked me to bring some over to California. Sorry I couldn't bring it may break inside my luggage's.
After trying Namai Basil Seeds drinks they are almost the same just there is a variety of flavors for you to try that comes in a glass bottle for $0.95 not including taxes.
Carmina doesn't need to bring any type of basil seeds drinks to California since you can find them at Food Maxx.
