Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try Mamou . Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home before heading to Gateway 2 located in Cubao, Quezon City. Mamou is located ground floor inside Gateway 2. Upon entering the person asked if we had any reservations however, they do except walk as well was seated at the table of our choice. The person had handed us the menu. Beverages Menu Bread and butter were served after we had placed our order. Our appetizer was the Mamou's Bacon Steak. Mom Violy decided to order her lobster tail with rice. Carmina had ordered Beer Battered Fish and Malt Vinegar with choice of pot
Just when you realize
your two months vacation is soon to end.
Mom Violy and Carmina
started to do their final shopping making sure we don’t forget anything listed.
Carmina was in charge
in packing four pieces of luggage's making sure it doesn’t exceed seventy pounds
per piece.
Mom Violy and Carmina will
be riding Business Class from Philippine Airlines.
Carmina had packed
inside the attic of the home of her sister making sure it wasn’t in the way.
While packing all your
belongings in a room making sure you don’t bump your head inside and weighing
each luggage.
Finally the day has
come to bring down each luggage out of the attic and making sure the weight is
at the right amount.

manage to put it in his car to drive us to San Francisco International Airport
on July 14, 2022.
Carmina had pushed all
four luggage's to the counter of Business Class of Philippine Airlines.
The agent asked for
our passport and One Health Pass that you must fill out online 24 hours before
you’re departure per passenger.
To those who have vaccine and booster shots are not required to have a PT- PCR leaving the country.
Carmina had placed
each luggage to be weighed.
Lucky each luggage's had passed the test and the agent of Philippines Airlines added the labels on
each check in and hand carry.
Mom Violy needed a
wheel chair assistance where you’ll need to inform at the counter for them to
list on you’re ticket.
Carmina went ahead to
the wheel chair assistance at the San Francisco International Airport by giving
Mom Violy’s boarding pass.
The wheel chair
assistance will help you pass the inspection and immigration without following
in line along with family members travelling with you.
Gadgets don’t need to
be brought out can remain inside your carry on bag/backpack.
Shoes needs to be
removed, jacket, purse inside the bins for inspection.
Be ask to walk inside
security to make sure you have no metal in your clothing.
Everything has been
examine you can get all your belongings.
Proceed to the gate or
if you’re Business Class you have an opportunity to wait in the lounge.
There was no
Philippine Airlines lounge they’ll ask you to go France Lounge in the entrance
need to present boarding pass.
Eat what is available
it is free.
Everyone is wearing a
face mask when not eating any food.
There are restrooms inside
with table and chairs.
Time to board the
plane new wheel chair assistance will approach you bringing you to Gate 8 or
where you’re assigned to board the plane.
The wheel chair
assistance will leave you lined up among other passenger in the wheel chair.
Wheel chair assistance
will push you showing boarding pass and passport to enter inside the plane.
Riding business class
is an opportunity to meet new people all the staff are friendly and what ever
you need they can also assist you.
Kanissa who
approached us saying she’ll be our server for our flight.
Carmina will show you
meals we ate during our fourteen hour flight with a menu that is already at your assigned seat.
They'll give you time to decide asking which ones you'll like to eat for dinner and breakfast to take your order in advance before you sleep.
Dinner:
Carmina always request for Ginger Ale when she fly prevent us getting motion sickness.
There are assorted bread in a basket. Carmina requested for garlic bread.
Mom Violy ordered clam chowder soup.
Csrmina asked for Duck Salad.

Carmina didn't like how her main course meal tasted not really what she had expected from her Chicken Bulgogi.
Dessert is choice of Strawberry or Vanilla Ice Cream
Carmina didn't have any midnight snacks since she slept through the flight.
She went straight to breakfast after waking up with fruits on her table.
Assorted bread and Carmina requested for blueberry muffin
Mom Violy wanted some tuyo and bangus with olive oil for her breakfast.
Carmina had ordered Pork Char Sui and Seafood Chow Mein yet didn't quite reach my taste buds.
Carmina wasn’t able to
watch movies since she was too tired the days and weeks before our flight.
My tips for you is to
wear loose clothes it is to sleep on the plane and bring a sweatshirt for those
who easily get cold.
Slippers are provided
for you to remove you’re shoes.
There is complimentary
internet, remote to recline you’re chair that turns into a bed, storage space
in front of you and a place to charge your gadgets.
Blankets and pillows
are provided on the plane with a free pouch includes the following shown in the
picture.
Upon your arrival there
will be forms to be filled up each signed by each passenger and one per family
for the customs to be given when leaving the airport only when they ask it from
you.
Leaving the plane
there be another wheel chair assistance you’ll be lined up to present your One
Health Pass to be scanned.
Line up to go and wait
to ride the elevator there goes waiting in line for Immigration lastly is
getting you’re luggage's at the carrousel or give claim stub to a porter to
assist you.
Finally you’re outside
meeting who is in charge to pick you up in any Bay number.
