Carmina was doing errands with her dad came across seeing Ranch 99 Market to do some grocery shopping. Carmina's dad saw there was frozen duck decided to purchase and try it at home. Carmina read the instructions and see how to prepare it. It says thaw out for twenty-four hours leaving in the refrigerator. Carmina had search to find out more information on Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, LTD since never heard about it. All you have to do is follow the instructions how to cook it in your oven and preparing the rest of ingredients just used tortilla to wrap it up and make sure slice up the duck when it is has cooled down. Mom Violy was telling her there was a Korean restaurant she use to dine out with her best friend Nora along time ago.
Mom Violy could only remember it was located in Makati.
Mom Violy called up Joy the daughter of Nora to find out the name of the Korean restaurant.
Carmina found out that Kaya Korean Restaurant is branch out where Mom Violy was able to dine in with Elle when she was staying at the New World Makati Hotel.
Since Carmina wasn't able to dine in with Elle during her visit Mom Violy wanted Carmina to try it at a different branch.
Carmina found out there was one located same area where Mom Violy did her DFA Robinsons Magnolia.
We had waited for Kaya Korean Restaurant to open being the first one to enter.
Carmina had a chance to take picture of the location and menu.

Mom Violy ordered her favorite Kalbi Jim (Korean Beef Stew) for PHP 370.00 ($6.61).
