Carmina's New Version Using her Lazy Sushi is making it the Onigiri Japanese Rice Balls.
Everyone goes to school, work or just want to limit themselves on how much they want to eat.
Resolve it can be easy if you have time on your hands to prepare onigiri at home before going out by making sure you have a rice triangle shaper.
Carmina had purchased her triangle shape from Pink Korean Mart online through Grab Mart for PHP 95.00 ($1.67) not including delivery fee and tip to the rider.
Recipe of Lazy Sushi the ingredients the same only difference you'll be molding it does not layer in a casserole dish.
First, you'll wash the triangle shaper place on a plate where you can start molding your onigiri by adding rice on the bottom and press it down to form a triangle.
Second add small portion of sliced ripe mango
Third add small portion of imitation crab meat
Add rice on top and press using molder shaper lid
Place lid to place seaweed that has been cut in the middle place underneath and remove the triangle shaper and place on serving plate.
Repeat same process on each one and will look like this shown on the picture.
