While traveling around the world, the family visited the Philippines and decided to combine a double birthday dinner with James. In our chat group, we discussed which restaurants we’d like to dine at, and Mom Violy has been eager to try the all-you-can-eat lobster her best friend recommended at Solaire. Carmina took charge of making the reservation through Solaire's Resort  website and asked the family which seating time they preferred, choosing between two options with different time frames. Carmina registered it under Mom Violy's name and phone number. She received an email for our confirmation, and a week beforehand, a reminder was sent to Mom Violy's mobile to confirm if we were going ahead or not. Carmina replied to the SMS since Mom Violy wasn’t sure how to do it. We were told to arrive fifteen minutes before our scheduled entry time, which was 5:30 p.m. on February 12, 2026. Carmina's Overall Experience with Whitening Food Diet

n the beginning of the process, I've lost weight right away when removing coffee, tea and fruits juice. I wasn't much a person into soft drinks only drink it once in a while or alcohol beverages. It wasn't hard to remove it at all.

I did have a hard time figuring what I would eat for breakfast if everything needed to be white.

I had to explore and find out what really worked for me and having a challenge made my diet choices work differently.

First two weeks I ate just Quaker Oats flavored Banana Honey Flavor since it was close to white that was my breakfast. I had alternated with plain yogurt or banana yogurt with fresh banana.

Sometimes I would eat pandesal with Swiss cheese to alternative my breakfast just to make myself full.

I learned to train myself to wake up early have a full meal before one o'clock came so I'd be able to put my whitening gel and retainers on leaving it on four hours.

I had skipped my merienda/snacks during my time. It wasn't hard for me since I was not hungry.

After my four hours you cannot eat right away leaving one hour after I would eat at six o'clock after my meals, I would brush my teeth and if I got hungry, I'd just eat a banana and water.

In one week, I was able to lose five pounds just because my meals had changed. The second week of my whitening teeth I lost another five pounds, and my weight was 99 pounds. I felt this wasn't appropriate for me since I am 5'4 inches tall. I was under weight.

I decided to eat normal food yet without color or if I ate colored food, I'd floss and brush my teeth right away. I was worried if I ate colored food my teeth wouldn't turn white.

From my own observation I ate meals with one cup of rice with Filipino dishes such as chicken tinola that was cleared soup.

I went back into doing my aerobic rider and cardio that I follow in YouTube to keep myself fit. After one month later I was able to gain back being 110 pounds. Yet my tummy fats are slowly getting smaller.

I realized that you could find what works for you while others it may work differently.

I am proud of myself keeping myself fit now I can touch the floor while bending down.

I think what really helped me is having my weekly massage from Mary Ann. She has informed me my body is flexible reason to believe my blood vessels are flowing the right way.
